How to Prepare Your Infused Water:

It couldn’t be easier.

  1. Get a large water jug or pitcher and put in your desired fruit, vegetables and herbs first.
  2. Then fill up with cold water and crushed ice.
  3. Leave to stand in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before drinking.

Things To Take Note Of:

  • It’s best to leave to stand for at lease 30 minutes to let the flavors of the fresh foods seep through into the water.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to three days.
  • After three days, discard any water and the food-stuff.
  • Rinse and repeat (literally!)
