Plant-based veggie noodles suitable for vegans and gluten-free eaters.
I’m not sure how I first stumbled across these ‘Miracle Noodles’, but when I did I knew that I had to share them with you.
Whilst I’m not vegan or vegetarian myself, I do have a problem with wheat (wheat intolerance) and I also understand that the percentage of vegan followers is on the increase. People are becoming vegan for many different reasons, but in general we are all looking for healthier versions of our favorite foods.

Now that plant-based food is having a major impact in our diets and becoming more readily available in our supermarkets, this opens up a whole new platform for more tasty and exciting recipes.

See if you can buy something similar in your local grocery store as I know that a lot of major supermarkets and even smaller food outlets are now selling gluten-free and vegan products similar to these.
